Metroid-style action game Blood Alloy jumps to Kickstarter
Suppressive Fireplace Video games lately launched a Kickstarter venture to fund its very first game, Blood Alloy, a Second "Metroidvania-styled" action game. The game is in improvement for Pc, Mac and Ouya.

Blood Alloy has gamers working-and-gunning via a dystopian, futuristic globe "teetering on the brink of apocalypse." The gam e's creator, Frank Washburn, cites the Metroid, Turrican and Dark Souls sequence as inspirations for Blood Alloy's "non-linear exploration with optional pathways, hub areas, shortcut generation and discovery, and tons of tricks."
Washburn is searching for $ 50,000 by October 10 on Kickstarter, and states that 75 p.c of the Blood Alloy's funding will go in the direction of having to pay the independent contractors that will help build the game, although yet another eight per cent will protect advertising and marketing, legal and licensing charges.
